We collect what we need to run your account, score your predictions and award prizes. There are no payment details to collect, because there is nothing to pay for.
Account details you give us (email, display name, handle, favourite teams and optional avatar), your prediction and scoring history, crew membership and friend connections, and technical data such as device type, app version and coarse region used to keep the service working and to comply with eligibility rules.
To create and secure your account, settle your predictions, run leaderboards and crews, administer sweepstakes and contact winners, provide support, and improve the product through aggregated analytics.
Your handle, avatar, points totals, badges and crew standings are visible to people you play with and on public leaderboards and host-room boards. Your email address is never shown to other participants.
Service providers who host the platform, deliver notifications, supply sports data and fulfil prizes, each under contract and only for those purposes. We may disclose information where legally required.
Push and email notifications about your open calls, results, crews and draws can be turned on or off individually in Profile → Notifications. Transactional messages about prize claims may still be sent.
If a FanThrill member invites you by text, we use the phone number they enter solely to deliver that single invitation, which identifies the inviter and FanThrill and includes opt-out instructions. A number receives at most one invitation, and we send no further texts unless you create an account and separately opt in to SMS notifications. Reply STOP to any FanThrill text to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider to send the message. We keep account and prediction data while your account is active, and for as long as needed afterwards to administer draws and meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data from Profile → Help; deleting an account forfeits unspent points and pending entries.
FanThrill is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
